Kylee’s cake smash….

It is always interesting to see the reaction and expressions that occur when you put pure sugary, gooey goodness right in front of a one year old. Some look puzzled because they have so often been told “no, no” at this age and can’t even believe that mom and dad would put this temptation right in front of them. Well…..Kylee did just that. First she had a look of puzzlement…..then she had to test the waters with her finger….then her feet and then gave us a huge smile. It was all a mystery……and eventually we had to show her that there was yummy cake under the frosting. Her big brother watched patiently hoping that Kylee didn’t eat a whole lot as he LOVES cake!! ……and eventually that is what he got…..some delicious birthday cake!! Happy first birthday, Miss Kylee……

Meet Kylee (don’t you just adore her little ruffle outfit! Good job, Mom!!) ……..We ventured to a local park for her ONE YEAR photos! Time sure flies anymore! I’ve completely lucked out lately with weather…….it has been completely gorgeous here in Omaha! This session was such a fun time and the girls just hammed it up! Love that!! Thank you Lyndsey and Jerid for the fun time……you guys have such a cute family!!

Meet Lucy……definitely one of my sessions that I will always look back on and just giggle! Lucy brought her horse, Shasta to the studio. Shasta comes from a long line of Radio Flyers and is also such a gentle horse with Miss Lucy. You see Miss Lucy is a dare-devil and has tricks galore up her little sleeve…..she can stand on the saddle and even lift her leg and delicately balance on Shasta. It was a treat to just watch her perform!!
